Highly Skilled Maintenance Professional Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Professional to join our team at the Youth Justice Precinct.
About the Role- Provide expert maintenance services, including carpentry, welding, and installation of fittings, glazing, locks, etc.
- Evaluate works against the Building Code of Australia (BCA) and Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including tradespeople and suppliers.
- Process receipt of goods deliveries and recommend process improvements.
- Maintain high-quality workmanship in all aspects of building maintenance.
- Liaise effectively with colleagues and external partners to achieve common goals.
- Evaluate and prioritize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Experience in building inspecting, problem resolution, cost estimation, and maintenance repairs.
- A current Working with Children Check (WWCC) is mandatory.
- Ability to obtain WWCC and maintain it for the duration of employment.
