Senior Software Developer Position

This role is an opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team and contribute their expertise in software development.

About the Role

  • We are seeking an individual with hands-on development experience, design skills, and the ability to resolve complex issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • The successful candidate will perform analysis, design, development, prototyping, unit testing, and maintenance activities.
  • Deliver high-quality solutions to highly complex problems.
  • Undertake technical design and development of custom solutions, and/or standard conversion and migration solutions.
  • Manage the release process and ensure go-live production support and maintenance for the team's developments.
  • Share knowledge and expertise as the subject matter expert, and provide assistance and mentorship to less experienced staff.
  • Ensure compliance with endorsed software development methodologies.
  • Report on business outcomes, key performance indicators, and quality assurance in the area of responsibility.
