Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist to provide mechanical and preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and implementing plans to ensure the reliability of our factory and equipment.

This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our plant and maintaining high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures
  • Diagnosing faults and finding solutions to minimize downtime and improve plant equipment performance
  • Assisting in creating and implementing preventative maintenance plans
  • FOLLOWING safe work practices and reporting hazards to maintain a safe working environment

Requirements:

  • Mechanical Fitting Trade Qualification (Certificate III or higher)
  • Forklift and EWP high-risk work tickets
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience working with fine tolerances in the manufacturing industry
  • Experience with disconnect/reconnect is a bonus
