Key responsibilities of this position include providing strategic quality oversight across the ANZ & APAC commercial portfolio, ensuring compliance with regulatory and global standards, leading and developing a regional team of quality professionals, and managing product quality complaints, deviations, recalls, and investigations.

Job Description

This role involves working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business results and foster a high-performing culture that aligns with our Pivot to Growth strategy.

  • Providing guidance on quality-related matters to ensure alignment between quality and commercial objectives.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to enhance product quality and reduce risks.
  • Collaborating with regional Health Authorities and licensing partners to ensure regulatory compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or a related science discipline (Master's degree preferred).
  • Extensive experience in pharmaceutical Quality Assurance, with a strong understanding of GMP/GDP/GVP.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing teams across diverse geographies and functions.
  • Strong knowledge of local and international regulatory requirements.
