**Job Summary**

This role is responsible for providing front of house support across multiple sites.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service at a busy reception desk.
  • Assist with the management of day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Conduct regular stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Coordinate membership enquiries and direct them to the Sales Team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with health club members.
  • Ensure a safe and clean environment for guests by conducting regular cleaning and maintenance tasks.

**Requirements**

A genuine passion for health and fitness. The ability to provide outstanding customer service and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Previous experience in a reception/admin environment with basic computer skills in Word and Excel would be highly advantageous.
