Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Client Experience Consultant to cultivate exceptional experiences for our clients and clinicians. As the first point of contact, you will build instant rapport and drive desired outcomes for our clients and clinic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences and build relationships with clients
  • Schedule client appointments, answer client queries, and recommend suitable treatments and products
  • Maintain accurate client records to ensure an effective and compliant client database
  • Ensure the clinic is presented to the highest standard
  • Work autonomously with competing priorities
