Client Experience Consultant Role

We are looking for a Client Experience Consultant to play a pivotal role in cultivating exceptional experiences for our clients and clinicians. As the first point of contact, you will have a natural ability to build an instant rapport and drive a desired outcome for our clients and clinic.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional client experiences and build relationships with clients
  • Proven experience in a similar front-of-house role, including scheduling client appointments, answering client queries and recommending suitable treatments and products
  • Excellent client communication skills, including face-to-face, phone calls and responding to emails
  • Maintain accurate client records to ensure an effective and compliant client database
  • Ensure our clinic is always presented to the highest standard
  • Work autonomously with competing priorities
