Operations Analyst
A data-driven professional is required to contribute to the success of a leading Australian FMCG brand.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and enhance business intelligence reports and dashboards to support retail operations teams.
- Provide data analysis and insights to inform strategic and operational decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple functions, including analysts in other departments.
- Analyse large datasets with speed and accuracy.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive innovative reporting solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, translating data into actionable recommendations.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as an analyst in a fast-paced environment (FMCG or retail experience highly regarded).
- Strong technical skills in Power BI with the ability to develop and optimise reporting tools.
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with experience handling large data volumes.
- Strong communication skills – able to explain complex data in a clear and engaging way to a range of stakeholders.
- A curious, solutions-focused mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
- Ambition to grow, take on more autonomy, and shape how data drives decision-making in retail operations.
