We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Coordinator to join our team at Asahi Beverages. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the coordination and success of our Wetherill Park warehouse, ensuring that our Field Service team has the necessary equipment and stock to complete their work on time and in full.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting warehouse operations, including receiving and dispatching spare parts and equipment.
  • Overseeing inventory and managing the ordering, movement, and storage of all equipment and parts to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Ensuring thorough inspection of equipment on arrival for any damages.
  • Accurately updating relevant systems and maintaining thorough documentation and record-keeping.
  • Undertaking minor refurbishment activities to maintain equipment to Asahi standards.
  • Ensuring adherence to recycling and waste management procedures in accordance with national policies.
  • Supporting service managers with equipment audits, warehouse checks, and maintaining equipment and gas registers.
  • Collaborating with the field service team to foster a safe and efficient workspace.

About You:

  • You are a self-motivated and organized individual with excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a similar warehousing role is highly regarded.
  • Experience with operational and administrative tasks is highly valued.
  • You are a team player who holds themselves and others to account.
  • You possess strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and SAP experience.
  • A current Forklift License is a must.
