Warehouse Clerk Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Clerk to join our team at our Edinburgh Park – Further Processing facility.

As a Warehouse Clerk, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including receivals, dispatch, ingredient and packaging management, and inventory control.

You will work collaboratively with planning, production, cross-functional teams, and suppliers to ensure efficient operations and high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct cycle counts of raw materials, including packaging, ingredients, and consumables.
  • Sample collection of ingredients as required and coordinate with suppliers.
  • Review stock variances and coordinate with cross-functional teams to address any issues.
  • Check FIFO (First In, First Out) to ensure the oldest stock is used first and minimize waste.
  • Liaise with other departments to resolve order issues.
  • Verify all warehouse transactions, including receipts, invoices, and inventory movements.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures within the warehouse.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; warehousing or previous management experience is advantageous.
  • Proven experience in warehouse management, including receivals, dispatch, inventory management, and 3PL operations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Previous experience in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
