We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our Property Workplace team at our Sydney offices. This dynamic role will involve working across reception, workplace, and property management on-site at our corporate office.
As part of a two-person team, you will leverage your experience in a similar role within a medium to large enterprise to excel in a fast-paced environment, undertaking a variety of daily activities and solving issues as they arise to create a vibrant workplace experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing superior concierge and reception services, including visitor greeting, security pass allocation, stationery orders, meeting room management, event coordination, catering requirements, and room technical support.
- Regularly completing workplace audits to maintain high standards across the workspaces, including locker allocations.
- Providing finance administration, including receipting, invoicing, and purchase orders for property vendors/leasing portfolio, reporting, and reconciliation of fleet lease payments.
- Facilitating property services for the Sydney office, including reactive and preventative maintenance contractor site access, desk booking system administration, local coordination of WHS activities, and assisting with reporting and analysis of office workspace.
This role will suit a hospitality professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, on-site in a medium to large corporate setting.
In addition, you will bring to the role:
- Workplace Concierge or Receptionist work experience with a strong client-focus mindset and demonstrated strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Windows, and Excel is essential, alongside excellent communication and listening abilities.
- The ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks simultaneously is crucial, as is the capability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
- As a self-motivated professional with decision-making and problem-solving skills, you will be adaptable to change and committed to continuous improvement.
- While not essential, property/facilities administration experience would be an advantage.
We offer a range of benefits to support your wellbeing and career development:
- Subsidised health insurance and general insurance on a range of products.
- Discounts on travel, car, and home products, as well as discounts on services such as dental and optical, skin checks, and vaccinations.
- Discounted products and services via our extensive partner network.
- An additional annual leave day for you to focus on your wellbeing and an additional volunteer day each year for you to give back to your community.
- The opportunity to further learn and develop with excellent internal development courses available and a supportive career development environment.
Bupa is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to ensuring equality in recruitment, development, retention, and promotion of staff, and that no one is disadvantaged based on their gender, cultural background, disability, sexual orientation, or identity, or Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander heritage.
