The Opportunity:

This full-time position offers a unique chance for individuals with hospitality and customer service skills to transition into a corporate environment. No two days are the same in this dynamic role.

You will focus on curating engaging experiences for our visitors and occupants, ensuring seamless interactions and providing support across various core services.

*This role requires periods of walking, standing, sitting, and/or manual handling.

To succeed in this role:

  • At least two years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality, airline, retail, or a similar service-oriented sector.
  • A customer-centric mindset, adapting to visitors'/employees' needs and preferences to enhance their overall experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a creative approach, maintaining a positive and solution-focused mindset in addressing challenges.
