We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Specialist to join our team. As a vital member of our Physiotherapy department, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting our healthcare professionals.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment. They will also possess strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain clear communication with clinicians and uphold patient privacy and dignity.
In this dynamic role, you will assist with patient mobility and treatment preparation, supervise exercises and group activities, and perform clerical tasks. You will also prioritize deadlines and manage a busy workload, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
