Clinical Lead for Patient Care

This is a mid-senior level, full-time role that requires a Registered Nurse with management experience in an acute healthcare setting.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively to maintain the efficient and effective management of resources and staff after hours at Blue Mountains and Springwood Hospitals.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure safe and effective patient care.
- Manage resources and staff to ensure efficient and effective operation of the hospital.
- Lead and manage a team of nurses to provide high-quality patient care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve organisational goals.
- A current authority to practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Relevant tertiary qualification in management and/or extensive post-graduate clinical and management experience in the acute health care setting.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills demonstrating motivation, delegation, negotiation and knowledge with clinical experience of evidence-based acute health assessment, treatment and care.
