This is an exciting opportunity to join as a Nurse at our Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with patients, families, carers and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centred care to patients and their families, utilising effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes through the promotion of best practice and the escalation of care when necessary.
- Maintain and promote a professional standard evidenced by ethical nursing practice, adherence to policies and procedures, and appropriate legislation and statutory regulations.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse Division 1 with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Demonstrated experience and clinical skill in mental health nursing, including completion of a new graduate RN program or equivalent experience working as a Registered Nurse.
- Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work effectively.
- Ability to work a flexible roster, including day, evening and night shifts across all days of the week.
