We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to lead our Reformer Pilates program as a Coordinator.
This part-time position requires a strong understanding of group fitness programs, including the ability to develop classes and schedules, recruit instructors, and monitor program effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement group fitness programs, including Reformer Pilates classes
- Recruit and manage instructors, ensuring high-quality teaching and customer satisfaction
- Monitor program effectiveness, making adjustments as needed to meet business objectives
- Ensure safe and efficient operations of the Reformer Pilates area, adhering to company policies and procedures
- Promote the program through advertising and marketing efforts, aiming to increase membership and revenue
- Manage the booking system for Reformer Pilates classes, ensuring seamless customer experience
- Collect and act on customer feedback, making improvements to the program as needed
- Set up and prepare the Reformer Pilates room for classes, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment
- Coordinate Clinical Pilates sessions through funded programs, working closely with clients and staff
- Hold a Cert III in Fitness, Fitness Leaders Course, or Group Exercise Instructor (GEI) qualification
- Current Senior First Aid & CPR Certificate and Working with Children's Check
- Agree to undergo a police check as part of the employment process
- Driven to succeed with a friendly, can-do attitude and availability to work evenings and weekends
Previous industry experience is highly regarded, but not essential. If you are passionate about Pilates and group fitness, and have a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
