
Empowering People Leader

Imagine a dynamic and empowering leadership role where you can guide and support educators and families in a high-performing environment. As a People Leader, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our Centre/s in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and care, with experience in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create long-lasting connections with your local community.
We are seeking a qualified and experienced leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional outcomes for children and families. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Centre/s
- Create long-lasting connections with your local community
- Mentor and support centre staff to Meet/Exceed National Quality Standards
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
- Strong experience in a Centre Manager role
- A current Working with Children's Check
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
