  • To lead and manage a team of educators and support staff
  • To develop and implement education programs that meet the needs of children and families
  • To build and maintain relationships with families and external partners
  • To contribute to the development and implementation of organisational policies and procedures

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a senior leadership role in early childhood education
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Capacity to plan and implement projects and programs
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
