Job Summary

We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Team Member to join our crew at Grill'd Leederville. As a Team Member, you'll be the face and hands behind our brand, providing an amazing customer experience front of house and prepping quality ingredients in the kitchen with love.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests
  • Prepare and cook food to a high standard, following Grill'd's quality and safety procedures
  • Work effectively as part of a team to maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Assist with inventory management and maintain a high level of stock control
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
