Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Boarding House Supervisor. As a key member of the Cebula Boarding Community, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our boarding students.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high quality supervision and support to students, maintaining appropriate behaviours at all times.
• Work collaboratively with the Principal and other staff members to promote a positive and inclusive boarding community.
• Support the pastoral wellbeing of students from diverse backgrounds, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students.
• Work flexible shifts, including weekends, to meet the needs of the boarding community.

Requirements

• A current National Police History Check.
• A commitment to the Catholic ethos and values.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
