About the Role

The Deputy Principal - Head of Campus is a crucial member of the College Leadership Team, supporting the Principal in all aspects of College leadership and acting for the Principal as required.

Together with the Principal and other members of the College Leadership Team, the Deputy Principal-Head of Campus shares responsibility for implementing the College's Strategic Plan and co-leads the development of an exemplary learning and pastoral environment, which aligns with the College's vision for learning & teaching and prioritises the wellbeing of students and staff in a manner consistent with its Mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Principal in all aspects of College leadership
  • Act for the Principal as required
  • Implement the College's Strategic Plan
  • Co-lead the development of an exemplary learning and pastoral environment
  • Prioritise the wellbeing of students and staff
Requirements
  • Active member of a Catholic Eucharistic Community
  • Experience in Middle and/or Senior Leadership
  • Post-Graduate or Masters level qualifications
  • Commitment to ongoing personal and professional development
  • Innovative professional practice and high-level communication and interpersonal skills
  • Current VIT membership (or eligibility)
