The role of a Service Advisor involves transitioning off the tools and utilizing exceptional workflow management skills.

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and customer-focused individual to work with our customer base, managing incoming service request calls, parts interpretation, work order scheduling, low-level product technical assistance, and customer feedback.

The ideal candidate will have experience as an experienced technician transitioning off the tools, a Service Manager looking to reduce duties, or an experienced Service Advisor.

Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming calls from across all Toro sites
  • Interpret and quote parts for all service requests
  • Provide updates and communication to end users based on the status of work orders
  • Liaise with Service Managers to understand daily workload and operating pressures
  • Enter and update customer and product data in ServiceMax
  • Perform additional administration duties when required

Requirements

  • Knowledge and experience in dealing with end-users
  • Knowledge of products and experience with their operating characteristics
  • Ability to establish effective business relationships with internal and external customers
  • Strong customer service skills and a customer-first focus
  • Strong computer literacy and CRM management
  • Ability to adhere to and implement operating goals, objectives, and procedures
  • A valid Australian Motor Vehicle License (Forklift license desirable)
  • Toro technical background, SAP, and ServiceMax skills highly regarded
