We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to drive our national people strategy.

This role requires a senior HR professional with a strong business partnering background, a strategic mindset, and a passion for leading with influence and empathy.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with senior leaders to deliver strategic people initiatives that align with business goals.
  • Develop and implement a cohesive people strategy that drives performance, progression, and engagement.
  • Lead a team of People & Development professionals to deliver best-in-class people solutions across the employee lifecycle.
  • Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters, succession planning, and workforce strategy.
  • Candidate Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in a consulting environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in HR strategy, change management, and employee engagement.
