**Clinical Services Lead:**

We are seeking a skilled and accomplished Registered Psychologist or Social Worker to lead our Hobart-based EAP and Trauma Services team.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a clinical leader to take charge of regional clinical service delivery, working closely with the Service Delivery Manager to achieve excellence in client care and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily clinical case management, including escalations and ground-level management issues, ensuring adherence to policy and procedures.
  • Assume responsibility for regional clinical service delivery to external clients.
  • Support the achievement of performance targets for self and clinicians, including billable and productivity metrics.
  • Participate in on-call work as required by the roster.

**Requirements:

  • Registered Psychologist (AHPRA) or Social Worker (AASW)
  • Good understanding of EAP and/or Critical Incident industry knowledge and clinical/wellbeing services.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to present, interact, and influence at all levels.
  • Demonstrated commitment to professional development in self and others.
  • Competence with IT systems, requiring proficiency in multiple screens and programs.
  • Proven experience in professional or clinical supervision is highly regarded.
