Job Title: Clinical Leadership Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced clinical leader to join our multidisciplinary team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to take on a leadership role in supporting the development of positive behaviour support strategies.

The successful candidate will provide leadership in clinical practice, mentoring and supervising staff, and contribute to education and development in trauma-informed and evidence-based practices. They will also be responsible for coordinating the allocation of applications from disability services providers and monitoring and evaluating the use of restrictive practices.

To be successful in this role, you will require advanced clinical knowledge, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with others. You will also need to possess current Tasmanian Working with Vulnerable People Registration NDIS Endorsed and satisfactory completion of a relevant allied health professional qualification.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership in clinical practice, mentoring and supervising staff.
  • Contribute to education and development in trauma-informed and evidence-based practices.
  • Coordinate the allocation of applications from disability services providers.
  • Monitor and evaluate the use of restrictive practices.
Requirements:
  • Satisfactory completion of a relevant allied health professional qualification.
  • Current Tasmanian Working with Vulnerable People Registration NDIS Endorsed.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Relevant postgraduate qualifications and/or extensive experience in health and/or disability service administration.
