Job Overview

We are seeking a Clinical Lead to take charge of clinical matters and provide management oversight to the EAP and Critical Incident team. This role involves supporting service deliverables, continuous improvement, and clinical excellence for clients and customers.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Psychologist or Social Worker to grow professionally in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day clinical case management, including escalations and policy compliance.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of evidence-based practice and be committed to delivering high-quality services. They should also have excellent communication skills, ability to work effectively with stakeholders, and demonstrate empathy and professionalism.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing day-to-day clinical case management, including escalations, while ensuring policy compliance.
  • Providing leadership and guidance on clinical matters, as well as contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Supporting the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) for self and clinicians, including productivity targets.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Registered Psychologist (full registration with AHPRA) or Social Worker (Registration with AASW).
  • Proven experience in professional or clinical supervision.
  • Good level of EAP and/or Critical Incident industry knowledge and clinical / wellbeing services.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to present and interact effectively at all levels.
  • Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
