We are seeking a skilled Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our container park facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations by managing container movements, yard planning, equipment utilisation, and employee performance.
  • Lead team efforts to maintain compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement in productivity and operational processes.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in leadership or supervisory roles within the logistics industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of container park layout and optimisation/stack planning strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in team management.
