We are seeking a Butler Service Specialist to join our team.

Job Description

As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional luxury service to our guests. This includes:

  • Ensuring all mis-en-place is completed prior to guests' arrival
  • Maintaining product knowledge of all menus and wine lists
  • Liaising with the kitchen brigade to ensure seamless service times
  • Providing personalized attention to detail in every interaction

This role requires a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a professional appearance. If you have experience within a similar role and possess a strong passion for delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply.
