Job Title: Business Operations Director

Our organization seeks an Executive Officer to oversee all operations and report directly to the Board.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a communications strategy using social media, email, and website updates.
  • Manage administrative work involved with membership services.
  • Issue invoices for orders and event registrations, process product orders, and undertake administrative duties for Board activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of programs such as Zoom, GSuite, and HubSpot.
  • Experience with social media publishing platforms, database management, project management, and other operational software.
  • A strong understanding of the Montessori philosophy and principles.
