We are seeking a passionate career professional to join our team in delivering high-quality support to participants in our inclusive employment assistance program.
Your role will be to empower individuals with disability to navigate the employment landscape, understand their rights, and build the skills they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:- Individual Advocacy: Provide direct support to participants, helping them understand their rights and responsibilities.
- Systemic Advocacy: Identify and report on systemic issues to contribute to broader advocacy efforts.
- Case Management: Manage your own caseload, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping.
- Experience: A proven track record of working with and advocating for people with disability.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, exceptional communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge: Expertise in the disability sector, including an understanding of relevant legislation.
