Job Title: Office Manager

">Key Responsibilities
  • We manage a range of administrative tasks, including scheduling, mailouts, event planning, supporting committees, preparing reports, and allocating resources within set timeframes and standards.
  • We provide high-level support and service to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring prompt resolution of issues while maintaining strict confidentiality, privacy, and compliance.
  • We support Early Learning Centre processes, particularly in the areas of compliance, quality assurance, and performance reporting.
  • We record and manage meeting minutes, including those involving sensitive or highly confidential information.
