Job Description\

As a Substation Construction Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing project field activities within a geographical area of the United Energy network.

  • Coordinating and managing construction activities within a zone substation, focusing on safety and risk management.
\

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing day-to-day construction work, procurement activities, resource requirements, and project issues.\
  • Managing field resources and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, to approved scope, quality, and environmental standards.\
  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, including sub-contractors, clients, and staff.\
  • Providing accurate input into forecasting program resource and financial requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications\

We seek an experienced electrical professional with over a decade of experience in substation construction and electrical distribution. The ideal candidate fosters collaborative relationships, delivers complex projects on time, and is passionate about mentoring teams and implementing innovative solutions.
