Our client is currently seeking their new Cluster Manager for WA and SA All about street style, from day to night, streets to beach, they have you covered They thrive on providing the latest trends and styles to their urban youth clientele, ensuring they are always fashion-forward and ready for any occasion. **The Role**:
Are you an experienced leader with a passion for retail and a keen eye for street fashion? We are seeking a talented individual to join our client's team as a Cluster Manager. In this role, you will be based at their Rockingham store whilst overseeing the operations of 7 stores across Western Australia and South Australia, ensuring the highest standards of customer service, merchandising, and profitability are maintained.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide leadership and guidance to store managers to drive sales performance and achieve KPIs.
- Implement company policies and procedures to ensure consistency across all stores.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimise stock levels and minimise shrinkage.
- Develop and execute marketing and promotional initiatives to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
- Conduct regular store visits to provide support, coaching, and feedback to store teams.
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee development.
