Salary Package

About Us

Our client has been a leading specialty tool retailer in Australia for over 30 years, with a national network of 110+ stores across all states and territories. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the business, leading the team, and driving sales growth through effective store promotions and campaigns.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a large team within a big box hardware retail environment
  • Organize various aspects of the business, including promotional events and product campaigns
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer relationships, sales, and efficiency within the store
  • Liaise with the Franchise Owner and other leadership members to drive effectiveness in store operations
  • Assist in recruiting and hiring new team members
Requirements
  • Prior experience in hardware or retail management
