Turf Field Manager Lead
Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Turf Field Manager Lead to oversee the maintenance and preparation of sports fields at our international sports park. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, ability to work proactively under pressure, and experience in high-standard sporting field preparation, turf management, and landscaping.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who enjoys working outdoors and has a passion for delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities- Maintenance and Preparation: Deliver year-round maintenance, preparation, and renovation of turf surfaces
- Team Leadership: Assist Senior Team Leader in overseeing grounds team operations
- Quality Control: Ensure surfaces meet the highest quality standards
- Certificate: Certificate III in Horticulture (Turf), Sports Turf Management or related area
- Licence: Current class C driver's licence
- Experience: Experience in high-standard sporting field preparation and other areas including common reserves and landscaping
- Sports Field Experience: Experience in sand profile sports fields, turf wickets, softball and baseball diamonds
- Chemical Application Accreditation: Chemical Application Accreditation AQF3 or equivalent
