Lead Child Care Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Child Care Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our childcare centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and organising daily activities, supervising educators and workers, and maintaining high-quality programs of care and education for children.
About the Role:
- Manage and organise daily operations of the childcare centre
- Supervise and develop educators and workers to maintain effective function of the service
- Implement and evaluate high-quality programs of care and education for children
Requirements:
- Recognised University Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Completion of Child Protection Course - Identify and Respond to Children and Young People at Risk of Harm
- Meet all requirements for Authorised/Nominated Supervisor as listed in the Education and Care Services National Law and Education and Care Services National Regulations 2018
- First Aid Certificate
- Minimum experience of two years (2) in a child care field as Authorised/Nominated Supervisor
- Working With Children Check Number
- Clearance of National Police Check
Desirable Qualifications:
- Current class C driver's licence
- Knowledge of applicable legislation/regulations
