About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Darwin Private Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide evidenced-based nursing care to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Liaise with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Supervise, direct, and guide nursing team members to deliver patient-centered care.
- Deliver education and support to patients and their families to promote health and well-being.
Requirements:
- Current Registration with AHPRA.
- Working with Children check.
- Specialty nursing experience (desired).
- Commitment to quality patient care.
- Compliance with ACQSHC National standards.
- Sound clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Basic computer skills.
