**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Fabrication Superintendent to oversee the operations of our rapidly growing Kwinana Workshop. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing direction and oversight to fabrication workshop personnel to deliver required outcomes effectively and efficiently.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Workshop Manager and play a critical role in ensuring day-to-day activities within the fabrication workshop are carried out with respect to quality and safety.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Drive and implement compliance to Safety Management Systems and Programmes
  • Conduct new employee and staff annual reviews professionally and timely in accordance with procedure
  • Plan and prepare Job/Project packages and schedules
  • Set and review Job/Project priority levels to allocate resources optimally
  • Requisition material and tooling requirements
  • Maintain tooling, machinery, and equipment condition
  • Assist other departments to ensure achievement of their objectives
  • Communicate effectively with other Superintendents and departments
  • Monitor and review costs to adhere to Job/Project estimations and budgets

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 10 years demonstrated experience in an engineering workshop or process plant environment, with a minimum 5 years in a supervisory role
