We are seeking a highly skilled Workshop Fabrication Supervisor to join our team in a temporary to permanent capacity. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient production of high-quality machinery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Guaranteeing the safety of the workshop and its employees
  • Monitoring fabrication quality and ensuring adherence to correct standards
  • Mentoring, guiding, and supporting the team to maintain a positive workplace culture
  • Driving continuous improvements in workshop processes

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heavy fabrication and welding, with previous experience as a supervisor or leading hand. Proficiency in reading technical drawings, Microsoft Office, and excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential.
