Job Overview

We are seeking a Policy Services professional to provide high-quality support to clients and distribution partners. This role involves processing insurance renewals, endorsements, and policy updates across a portfolio of representatives.

Your key responsibilities will include underwriting risks within your delegation, ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines, and monitoring the quality of submissions. You will also be responsible for managing emails, coordinating post-outs, handling incoming calls, and supporting debtor follow-ups.

This role is based in Toowoomba, working full-time from Monday to Friday. You will spend your first six months in our office completing supervised training and earning your ANZIIF Tier 2 General Insurance Compliance certification. Following this period, hybrid work arrangements will be offered.
