We are seeking a Support Specialist to provide community access and support services for individuals with mental health diagnoses.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering individual support, monitoring safety and well-being, and reporting observations and concerns.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering support in accordance with the participant's plan
  • Monitoring safety and well-being, and reporting observations and concerns
  • Working in accordance with WHS procedures, policies, and guidelines

Requirements:

  • Certificate III or IV in Disability, or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in personal care and support, particularly for those with mental health conditions or complex behaviours
  • Current driver's license and CPR/first aid certification
  • NDIS worker screening check and Blue card exemption/Yellow card exemption
  • Recent criminal history check
  • Full COVID-19 vaccination
