Procurement Specialist Role Overview

Your daily tasks will involve reviewing and processing procurement requests, ensuring compliance with relevant policies. You will manage invoicing, inventory, and contract support while maintaining thorough records for financial audits. Additionally, you'll coordinate the annual stocktake for Maintenance & Engineering, provide support for work orders and accounts payable, and assist with equipment repairs, including obtaining quotes and managing freight.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and process procurement requests in accordance with established policies.
  • Manage invoicing, inventory, and contract support to ensure efficient operations.
  • Coordinate the annual stocktake for Maintenance & Engineering.
  • Provide support for work orders and accounts payable.
