Technical Applications Specialist

Deliver exceptional customer experience and drive business growth as a Technical Applications Specialist.

Key responsibilities include delivering outstanding technical support for laboratory equipment, collaborating closely with commercial and portfolio teams to develop training resources and accelerate sales opportunities.

  • Customer Support: Deliver comprehensive technical support for laboratory equipment products addressing customer technical and workflow inquiries, building strong relationships through expert advice and support.
  • Collaboration and Partnership: Collaborate with commercial team to support opportunity conversion including large opportunity management support, partner with product management team to support portfolio strategies by creating collateral that emphasizes product benefits and applications.
  • Training and Development: Assist with field-based and virtual product demonstrations and training providing support and expertise to ensure effective product use, deliver comprehensive product training for colleagues incorporating new product introductions competitor profiling and market updates.
  • Issue Resolution: Take ownership to resolve and/or escalate customer issues and complaints when necessary.
  • Project Participation: Engage in special team or individual projects as needed demonstrating flexibility and willingness to support various initiatives.
  • Data Management: Accurately record pertinent information from customer contacts in customer relationship management systems.
