About the Role:This key position will play a crucial role in delivering a major capital project, focused on renewing and upgrading our assets that have supported energy generation for over 100 years.
- Conduct technical reviews and provide recommendations for final engineering sign-off on concept designs, detailed drawings, reports, and project proposals.
- Offer expert advice to resolve complex project challenges, ensuring solutions are technically sound and aligned with operational requirements.
- Develop and assess technical solutions to asset issues, supporting safe and timely commissioning of new or refurbished equipment.
- Mentor and support junior engineers, contributing to team capability and professional development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess and balance technical, commercial and operational risks.
