Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineering expert to lead the design and delivery of electrical engineering solutions across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation, defence, energy, utilities, or manufacturing sectors and be able to mentor junior engineers and lead technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and delivery of electrical engineering solutions across multiple projects.
  • Ensure designs meet project specifications and timelines.
  • Mentor and provide technical leadership to junior engineers.
  • Manage design processes and ensure adherence to engineering standards.

Requirements:

  • Degree qualification in Electrical Engineering with at least 5 years' experience in automation, defence, energy, utilities, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Eligible for state-based engineering registration in Electrical Engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of systems engineering principles and practices.
  • Proven experience in design management or technical leadership.
