Customer Service Representative

Are you a customer service professional looking for a challenging and rewarding role?
We are seeking energetic team players to join our friendly team on a part-time permanent basis.
You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our members and guests at our restaurants, including waiter/waitress duties, food preparation, and maintaining floor cleanliness.
To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record of providing excellent customer service, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a team as well as autonomously.
Job Requirements- Minimum 12 months experience in customer service;
- An energetic and enthusiastic approach to your work;
- A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- High standard of personal grooming;
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to problem solve.
You will be required to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
