Insurance Claims Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned insurance claims professional to join our team as an Insurance Claims Specialist - Property and Liability. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert claims management services to clients and brokers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex claims from inception to resolution in accordance with company policies and procedures;
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and external providers;
- Conduct thorough investigations, analyze data, and determine claim settlements;
- Prepare and send routine correspondence and reports using company templates;
- Participate in peer review and audit processes to ensure quality and consistency.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance claims management;
- Strong knowledge of property and liability insurance policies and procedures;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Proficient in claims management software and systems.
