About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Care Centre team at SA Water. As a Customer Care Centre Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer service, addressing customer needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver resolutions and provide expert advice to customers.
  • Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to negotiate and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the team.
Requirements
  • Essential: Strong focus on customer service, supported by effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Essential: Proficiency in team dynamics, contributing positively to team cohesion.
  • Essential: Ability to deliver high-quality output in a fast-paced environment, coupled with precise data entry skills.
  • Desirable: Ability to analyze and prioritize challenges, offering innovative solutions.
  • Desirable: Proficiency in various computer applications and databases.
