About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Care Centre Manager to lead our digital collections team. As a key member of our Customer, Community and Engagement group, you will be responsible for driving customer outcomes and delivering exceptional experiences through tailored solutions and strategic initiatives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of approximately 12 to achieve outcomes and targets
  • Supporting initiatives and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Building and leading an effective team that works collaboratively towards achieving set KPIs
  • Building key relationships with internal and external stakeholders

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High degree of judgement, initiative, accuracy, confidentiality and sensitivity in your performance of duties
  • Leadership experience within a digital collections environment
  • Extensive experience in debt collection/management
  • Sound understanding of hardship issues across the broader community
  • Knowledge of appropriate Acts, policies and regulations
