About the Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee mobile equipment maintenance operations in our Pilbara Mining Operations. The scope of work is diverse and challenging, requiring demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders at all organisational levels. With leadership development opportunities, your growth is actively planned and supported.

You will lead a highly skilled team in mobile equipment maintenance shut activities, often managing high-risk work. You must demonstrate a commitment and passion for team safety.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of frontline leaders and maintenance personnel
  • Demonstrating a commitment to team safety
  • Implementing effective maintenance and asset management practices
  • Coaching and developing team members to build their capabilities and competence

A successful candidate will have experience in maintenance and asset management practices, with prior leadership experience in Supervisor or Superintendent roles.
